4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Storage
Your data is stored in a Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database. OAuth tokens, session data, and all user content are stored in this database.
4.2 Security Measures
We implement the following security measures:
- Password hashing: Passwords are securely hashed before storage using Better Auth's built-in hashing.
- CSRF protection: OAuth flows use state parameters with HttpOnly cookies to prevent cross-site request forgery.
- Session management: Sessions are managed with secure, HttpOnly cookies.
- Email verification: Accounts require email verification before activation.
4.3 Limitations
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
- Chat sessions, messages, and generated tickets: Retained until you delete your account.
- Platform connections and tokens: Retained until you disconnect the platform or delete your account.
- Session data: Sessions expire and are automatically cleaned up.
When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted, including chats, messages, generated tickets, platform connections, and account information. This deletion is irreversible.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
6.1 Access and Portability
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you. Your content, generated tickets, and chat history are visible within the Service.

We do not use:
- Advertising or tracking cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies
- Social media tracking pixels
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers (Anthropic, Neon, Resend) operate.
